Although he focused on an uncomfortable topic, every single person who came back to our department meetings said their takeaway, even for things that come up in daily life (coaching, lines backing up, etc.), was “just do SOMETHING.” It was a good reminder that doing nothing is the worst thing you can do when you know some action is needed to change an outcome.

I cannot endorse Jedd enough—I recommend that you be proactive to ultimately protect your team of employees and what you have invested so much time and energy in to create. The opportunity to have a plan in place will make a huge difference in the outcome—if [the plan] ever needs to be activated, [it] is worth whatever investment you need to make.

We all found that the presentation was very interesting and informative. You summed up your presentation nicely with the Roosevelt quote, “ln a moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing. The next best thing is the wrong thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing.”

Mr. Bradley’s knowledge of this subject, backed by his 18+ years of service to the community and training as an officer, is evident in his discussion. I was most impressed with how easily he connected to everyone in the audience. You can tell he is truly passionate about this topic.
