Since 2014, Jedd has trained over 25,000 employees from all over the country on what to do in an active threat situation. He has been a keynote speaker nationwide on this topic and helps businesses, schools, churches, and universities train their employees on what to do during an event.
Jedd has been in law enforcement for over 20 years and is still serving as an officer for a municipality in Wisconsin. He is a 13-year veteran of the SWAT team and is currently a team leader.
He has taught hundreds of police officers tactics on how to respond to an active threat incident. In 2017, he was a lead instructor who trained over 450 officers from 11 different agencies on responding to an active threat. In 2019 and 2022, Jedd was one of the lead tactical trainers who trained over 500 police, fire, and EMS on responding to an active threat incident in Northeast Wisconsin. Jedd currently is one of the lead firearms and tactical instructors for his agency and continues to train officers on a daily basis on how to respond to active threats to the public.
Jedd completed the FBI National Tactical Officers hostage rescue training. He also was trained by FEMA in event security planning for public safety professionals. He has also trained over 1,000 school employees from four different school districts in active threat training. The American Crime Prevention Institute in Louisville Kentucky certified Jedd as a crime prevention specialist.

Jeff Engelbrecht has been in law enforcement for over 27 years and is still serving as a police officer with a large municipal police department in Northeastern Wisconsin. He is a lieutenant in the Operations division and is the department’s Emergency Preparedness Supervisor. His duties with the department have included: Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT team member, Patrol Supervisor, and Field Training Supervisor & Coordinator. Additionally, as a member of the department’s Professional Standards division, Jeff was the Training Unit Supervisor, a Public Information Officer, and an Internal Affairs Investigator.
Jeff is a former adjunct faculty member at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI, where he taught classes in the following areas: Defensive and Arrest Tactics, Firearms, Vehicle Contacts, and Professional Communication Skills. Jeff previously worked as a consultant and trainer for Blauer Tactical Systems. He was a member of the company’s Mobile Training team and conducted training in the United States and Europe. He has been a speaker at the Wisconsin Department of Justice Unified Tactical Instructor Updates and has been a presenter at the National Association of Field Training Officers Conference in Madison, WI.
Jeff currently coordinates active threat response training for his department personnel. He has been responsible for planning and coordinating large-scale, multi-jurisdictional active threat response training events. He has personally taught thousands of civilians in active threat response. As a private consultant, Jeff has provided this training to organizations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.

Jon has been a police officer with a large municipal police department in Northeast Wisconsin for over 23 years and is currently a training officer in the operations division. His other duties with the department have included: patrol officer, behavioral health officer, rangemaster, dive team member, SWAT team operator, assistant team leader, training unit member, and field training officer.
In 2018, Jon, alongside another Green Bay officer and a Green Bay Metro firefighter, were tasked with training both the Green Bay Metro Fire Department and the Green Bay Police Department to better understand and respond to an active threat event. Jon and his training partners created and conducted trainings over the course of a year for both the Green Bay Police Department and Green Bay Metro Fire Department, culminating in multiple training exercises for all members of both departments that replicated an active attack in a business setting. Since that training, Jon has continued to train and receive training in active attack prevention and mitigation. He has taught both officers and civilians in current best practices for active attacks and emergency casualty care.
Jon is a current adjunct instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin; he has taught there since 2007. He is a Unified Tactics Instructor who teaches in the criminal justice associate degree program and the police recruit academy; he also leads specialized courses for officers.
